• Just a quick email to say thanks for all your efforts around our purchase. As you know, I was looking at a number of on-line suppliers originally, but the fact I was able to discuss our requirements with you on the phone made all the difference, particularly as you were also very responsive in confirming the fabric etc. To top that off, the curtains were ready quickly and you were flexible enough to allow me to call in to collect them at short notice.

After a recent run of bad experiences with both on-line and high street companies, it was refreshing to find a company that was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile - even for what was a relatively small sale!
